My maths pattern by Vaughan

                                    Today I used the Google drawing to create a repeating pattern using triangle shape.I learn how to turn the shape up side down.I use black for my background. I also  used the colour green, and yellow for my triangle colour.

                                  Today I used Google draw to draw my three shapes pattern.I used arrow, oval ,and corner rectangle.I used black for my background and I used yellow,light blue , and red to colour my shapes.

Making patten

 Today I have been making repeating pattern.  And I have been working how to put my Google drawing on the  blog. . I used the same shape  and  two different colours, they were green and red.

Countries that took part in world war 1

These are the countries that took part in world war 1. world war 1 started in 1914 and ended in 1918.New Zealand represented the Allied troops.

ANZAC day!

Last Friday was the celebration for those people that died for our country.

First we sat down on the grass and wait for Miss Bullot to come and start the prayer for the ANZAC day assembly. After that, the teacher gave out the crosses for some of the children to stick on the ground for remembrance of the soldiers.

Than we prayed for the ANZAC soldiers that died in the war. Than we sang the national anthem. Then they put poppies at the front of the cross.
New Zealand and Australia travelled to Gallipoli and had the biggest war.

The New Zealand soldiers were digging a tunnel to leave the battle field. In world war 1, there were lots of soldiers who risk their lives for our country and people. Finally we finish our prayer for ANZAC day.

One of the year 8 students rang the bell and we all went in the line to walk home.

Learning intention: write a recount.

My Mum is the best

My Mum is loving and protective  because she holds my hand when we cross the road. My Mum gaves me a kiss and a hug when I go  to school and bed-time. 

She also gaves me a kiss when I do the right choice.  My Mum is kind . because she lets me go with  my cousins to the birthday party. She is beautiful when she dances. 

My Mum is awesome because she gave me a cookie. She also helps me to learn how to cook and helps me do school homework.

She also helps me to clean my room. When I get hurt she puts a plaster on my cut and says it's al-right. I love my Mum very much!
