Completing a design and technological challenge

Completing a design and technological challenge

Material:
  • The poker
  • Scroll saw
  • Sanding
  • Bar of magnet
  • Paints

Today on a brilliant bright day, the year sevens went tech. And got on to their work.
Firstly I got myself a chromebook and searched up my character so I could make it movable.
Secondly shared it to Mr Nair and got it print out.
Third I trace it to the wood using the blue inked paper( It trace images and photos to anything).
Fourthly I got the poker and burnt out the shape of my character.
Fifthly I used a paint and painted over the shape of my character, it was really hardened and challenging facing this kind of journey of life.
Sixthly I got to the most challenging part of the lesson.Seventhly I started cutting out the shape of my character meanwhile I was being silly and sanding my character.

Finally it was time to pack up and my character was finished cut up.

Do know what technology is?

Material:
  • Burner
  • Scroll saw
  • Chromebook
  • Safety classes
  • Sandpaper
  • Spray
  • Seizures
  • Bar magnet
At technicraft with Mr. Nair, we first learnt how to use the scroll saw. This is a machine used to cut curves and shapes. Secondly we had to finished off cutting out shapes before we finished off our character. Thirdly Mr Nair told us to start cutting out the shape of our character. Then after that it was action time but when I start cutting the wood was very inflexible so, I turned the machine speed up a little higher and it was easier to cut. We finished cutting out our characters shape and then we were told to use the sandpaper to sand our character to make the curves and corners smooth. Fifthly we used a spray that made our characters paint look polished and shiny. Finally my favourite part came and it was time stick the magnet bar to our thin wood character.then we hurried back school.
